Kefeng Dou, Director of the Department of Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic, and Splenic Surgery, Xijing Hospital, the Fourth Military Medical University, Director of the Department of Surgery, the director of the Institute of Organ Transplantation of the whole Army, second-class professor, and doctoral supervisor. He is currently the vice chairman of the Society of Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association, the standing member of the Organ Transplantation Society of the Chinese Medical Association, the chairman of General Surgery of the whole Army, the chairman of General Surgery of Shaanxi Province, the member of the International Association of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery, and the member of the Shaanxi CPPCC. He has been engaged in teaching for a long time. In the field of liver transplantation, as the first successful partial living donor liver transplantation in China, he has successively presided over the first auxiliary live donor liver transplantation with different blood groups in situ in China, the first auxiliary ectopic living donor liver transplantation in the world, the fourth combined liver, pancreas, and kidney transplantation in the world, and the first joint heart, liver, liver, and kidney transplantation in Asia. He has achieved perfect results. The research and clinical treatment of liver cancer has reached the international advanced level, and He is the first to carry out hydrogen-helium cryotherapy for liver cancer in China. He is good at the radical resection of liver tumors, regular hemihepatectomy, caudate lobe tumor resection, and radical resection of tumors in the first, second, and third hepatic hilum. It is advanced in treating pancreatic tumors in China, carrying out pancreaticoduodenectomy, pancreaticoduodenectomy combined with vascular resection and reconstruction, and other complicated surgical procedures. He has profound achievements in biliary tract surgery, especially in complex biliary tract surgery, such as multiple biliary tract operations, biliary tract management after biliary tract injury, and intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones surgery. As one of the earliest laparoscopic surgeons in China, he is good at laparoscopic cholecystectomy and other laparoscopic surgery. He has successively won the one-second prize of the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, the one-second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, one special prize of the National Multimedia Education Software Grand Prix, one first prize for military medical and teaching achievement, one first prize and two-second prizes of provincial and ministerial level. He has presided over one national "863" sub-project, one Key Project of the National Natural Science Foundation, one national "Eleventh Five-Year" National Science and Technology Support Plan, one military "Eleventh Five-Year" science and technology research project, and several provincial and ministry scientific research funds, and so on. The total amount of the research project fund has reached more than 9 million yuan. He was awarded the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" and "Tenth Five-Year Plan" Major Science and Technology Contribution Award of the Army, the "Gold Award" of the Army Education Talent Award, the "Chinese Doctor Award," and the "Silver Star" of Science and Technology and the "Excellent Teacher" of the General Army. He has published over 400 papers as the first author or corresponding author, including 82 papers collected by SCI, with a total impact factor of 281.3 and the highest impact factor of a single article of 11.667. Associate editor of the Chinese Journal of Practical Surgery; Editorial board member of 14 professional journals, including the Chinese Journal of Surgery. He has edited five monographs, including the first living organ transplantation in China and Surgery, a curriculum textbook for the 21st century. He has also edited three books as associate editor and 11 as editor.
